I didn't know these will work like this !! I got them after trying many things but with either with no help at all or the supplements work a bit too much (like the nytol it knocks me dead that I can't wake up the next day after 12 hours sleep) !!Anyways, these gummies are amazing and I've been on them for a week now . I take two gummies 20-30min before bedtime and it just makes me feel relaxed and slowly drift to sleep. I also noticed that I'm not waking up at nigh times like I used to !! i have very light sleep and anything can startle me (like my cat's footsteps on the stairs !!). but with these gummies I sleep safe and sound. However, I still feel my cat when it jumps on my bed to sleep next to me . And the most important thing is I dont feel drowsy and tired the following day.
